"Missing Doctors" by Sogh T'Kang First officer - IKV Jachyoj http://come.to/tkang T'Kang was on Red level 9, the deck where the Klingon Barracks was located. His thoughts were still on the information he'd just learned about the Jachyoj and her HoD, Aram son of Duras. The warrior had returned to the Empire to try and restore honor to his family's fallen house. When General Pi'ror made T'Kang First Officer of the Jachyoj, the warrior thought he was well on his way to doing that. Now to learn that he would be serving with the illegitimate son of the son of a traitor to the Empire, he found that to be highly unlikely. The barracks looked better. The three warriors at the station, Tumek, Roshka and Reshtarc, had done as the Sogh had asked of them and straightened the place up for the arrival of the Jachyoj and the detachment of warriors she carried with her to D'Alaan station. With a nod, T'Kang was pleased with the job they had done. "You have done an honorable job, worthy of Klingon warriors." The compliment seemed to please the three warriors, who looked at each other with a sense of pride. "There is a recreational establishment on this station on deck Blue 99. They serve food and drink there and have a descent stock of bloodwine. If you like, you are dismissed to go there and enjoy yourselves for the rest of the night. Just don't get out of hand or cause trouble for the Federationers." T'Kang ordered. "Thank you Sogh." Tumek nodded. Then he and the other two warriors exited the barracks to enjoy a well deserved evening of celebrations after their long day of cleaning out the alien deck that would become the Klingon Barracks for their fellow warriors. T'Kang watched them exit before walking over to the bunk where his bat'leth and duffel bag had been deposited. Sitting on the portable bunk, He reached for the bag and started to open it, just when a hail came through. ["Sogh T'Kang?"] Queried the computer synthesized voice of a human female. "I am here." the warrior responded while looking upwards as if talking to the ceiling. ["Captain Mec has asked for all senior officers and the highest ranking Klingon representative to join him in the Conference room on Red Level 5 in ten minutes. The Captain wishes to discuss details of Doctor Smith's disappearance from D'Alaan 27. The Doctor disappeared two hours ago by means unknown at this time."] the computer intoned in a passionless voice. T'Kang's warrior's ridges furrowed at hearing the news. *I hope Doctor Smith isn't the one responsible for the Autopsy being performed on Ra'wI' Kruge* the warrior thought. "I understand." T'Kang responded. "Tell the Captain I will be there directly." The Computer made an acknowledgement chirping sound and then deactivated the channel. T'Kang cinched up his duffel bag and deposited it back onto the bunk that Kruge had so nonchalantly tossed it onto several hours earlier when T'Kang went to the first staff meeting with the Captain. The warrior only hoped that this meeting would turn out better than the last one had. But having heard the information provided by the computer about Doctor Smith's disappearance, T'Kang wasn't going to hold his breath. The trip to the conference room on Red 5 didn't take very long at all. T'Kang moved his bear-like frame in a long stride upon entering the conference room and took a seat at one of the open spaces about the table. Captain Mec was waiting patiently at the head of the table for the others to arrive. T'Kang leaned back in the leather upholstered chair, crossed his arms and waited for the meeting to begin.
